I am currently working with one of my top clients. My client is looking for an growing IT Service Technician to come in and work with multiple clients to help provide technical assistance on computer systems and fundamental infrastructure assets by responding to questions and request with a timely solution. In this role you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for phone/email support.
You're day to day duties will include,
* Work with customers through our help desk system to remote login to help troubleshoot and fix issues
* Create/ update help desk ticketing system including logging all tickets
* Break/fix including troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments and reports on clients assets
