
An experienced IT Manager. As the IT Manager, you will oversee information technology personnel and daily operations within the Information Technology (IT) department. This is a full-time, in-office exempt position reporting to the CISO.
The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing background and ERP experience with some cyber security.
Someone with experience in multiple manufacturing environments is preferred. The role is a growth position, and the project is to improve
ERP, manage an upgrade, and system efficiency. On an ERP moving to Kinetic, someone with some integrations and upgrades is required. Must have experience with
reporting and cyber security. Your responsibilities will include managing information technology and computer systems, controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations, interviewing and hiring qualified candidates for the department, relaying information between upper management and department employees, and managing the department budget. You will also be responsible for directing and managing the daily operations and projects of the IT personnel, efficiently and effectively completing all IT projects, supporting the company's users with company communication and IT infrastructure and systems, and ensuring that all employees have the technology they need to complete their tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, technical certifications for Microsoft, essential hardware and security standards desired, and experience with cybersecurity and information security controls by NIST 800-171,
NIST 800-53, NIST 800-161,
SOX 404 Compliance, and
CMMC 2.0 desired, and
CISSP (Certified Information Security Professional) or equivalent certification desired. A minimum of
5 years experience in a related industry is preferred.
You will be responsible for supervising IT staff. This job operates in a standard professional office environment and requires working in front of a computer and utilizing a keyboard for an extended period. It may require lifting more than ten (10) pounds. This position may require travel on an infrequent basis.
The compensation is a competitive market-based salary (125k max), commensurate with education and experience, and offers health insurance with company contribution, vision, dental, and disability coverage available (may have company contributions), 401K, and PTO and Federal holidays as defined in the employee handbook.
