The IT Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring all projects and tasks run smoothly, as well as providing technical support, guidance and troubleshooting supporting for end users.



Required Skills:

• Customer service
• Business Process Analysis
• Communication skills
• Technical diagnostic skills
• Streamline IT processes
• Microsoft, Windows OS family
• Microsoft Office products
• Database basic troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• BA in Computer Science
• 5+ years' experience with business analysis or end user support
