Job Description

I am recruiting for a Business Analyst on behalf of a global leader in next generation digital services and consulting in Warsaw, Poland. This is an exciting opportunity to enable the enterprise with an Al-powered Core that helps prioritise the execution of change. You will also be able to help empower the business with agile digital and help come up with a solution in ordering VC processes as a service.

As a Business Analyst, your priority in this role is to design ordering flow and data universe for Video Conferences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify gaps integrating overall user experience
• Based on the analysis, look for available products in the market/ integrator
• Attend meetings with business professionals to understand the current state and come up with a solution
• Come up with functional requirements
• Interview users /business people and translate into the flow come up with a process

Skills and Requirements

• Strong presentation and communication skills
• User experience
• High analytical skills
• High customer orientation
• The ability to speak and write in English fluently
• A high degree of flexibility and initiative
• High quality awareness
• Educated to degree level
• Experience in financial services needed
