Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and determine data and information requirements with stakeholders.
• Manage a team of approximately 10 members.
• Support Symitar operations and act as an escalation point for system issues.
• Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
