Customer Engagement Architect - Denmark


I'm currently working with a leader in digital transformation based in Denmark who have recently merged with one of Europe's largest consultancies, which specialise in end-to-end Cloud solutions leading the process from planning through to implementation and operation.

They are looking for a Customer Engagement Architect who is familiar with a variety of different industries, well versed in client interactions and proficient with Microsoft Azure to create, maintain and expand sales and customer pipelines.

They're actively interviewing and looking to move forward with the right candidate as soon as possible to work from their offices in Copenhagen or Aarhus.

What you will do
  • Create, develop and review business on a case by case basis
  • Understand and effectively use strategic planning, from both a situational and theoretical perspective
  • Create, maintain and expand sales and and customer pipelines
  • Manage customer contracts; create, review, negotiate
  • Analyze and identify risks effectively
  • Provide strategic analysis, planning, execution, follow-up and value evaluation.

Who you are
  • Have experience working with a broad range of industries and enterprise companies.
  • Have an Understanding of different organisational models and their journey towards cloud native operating solutions
  • Be comfortable with business metrics and assessing outcomes to ensure business value creation on engagements
  • Have a high proficiency with written and spoken English in a professionally setting
  • A team player, who enjoys interacting with colleagues, customers and partners to create, develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Experienced working with Microsoft's Azure platform
  • Experience with Pre-Sales is highly beneficial but not required
