IT Business Analyst

Title: IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Ensure IT system availability and relevancy
• Maintain the quality of IT systems and adherence to software development standards
• Provide effective support to business users within agreed service levels
• Be proactive in communicating and updating status to business stakeholders and IT Management
• Manage and monitor vendors on deliverable and performance to meet agreed service levels

The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Computing / Information Systems or related field
• Has 3-5 years' of relevant experience in managing enterprise or regional application maintenance
• Excellent knowledge in SDLC
• Sound knowledge on building blocks of IT systems
• Experience in logistic and shipping industry will be ideal
