Job Description

They are an international company, a leader in warehousing solutions, with over 5000 employees in more than 20 countries around the world.

This is a position to collaborate in the implementation from scratch of SAP Successfactors at an international level throughout the company, providing the necessary support and expertise throughout the life cycle of the solution, from requirements gathering, design, system configuration, and testing, to implementation and support and identifying the needs of the area in question, platform configuration, testing, user training, support, etc.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Participate in HR projects, providing the necessary support and expertise throughout the life cycle of the solution, from requirements gathering, design, system configuration, and testing, to implementation and support.
  • Requirements gathering, identifying the needs of the area in question, platform configuration, testing, user training, and support.
  • Knowing the organizational characteristics of the Company in order to reflect them adequately in the application.



Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar position participating in projects as a consultant in the HR field.
  • Capacity for analysis, process design and communication at functional and technical level.
  • Ability to work in a team and commitment.
  • Responsibility, demanding, results oriented.
  • Experience in management with third parties.
  • Ability to face professional challenges with proactivity, dedication and perseverance.
  • Communication skills for user training.
  • Knowledge of the best practices to apply and participate in quality assurance.
