Salary: Up to 1,200,000 NOK

• Technical Team of 20
• Developers, testers, product managers, technical support engineers
• Multiple nationalities

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Hands-on BE development of the application.
• Architecture design, code complexity management, CI/CD pipeline design.
• Implement security measures and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Stay updated on cloud technologies, contributing to continuous improvement.

Working Arrangement:

• Hybrid Approach: In the office 3 days a week (team decides which days)

Top Skills and Experience Required:

• M.Sc/B.Sc in computer science or software engineering
• Proven experience in software architecture design, development, and implementation (Azure, APIs, .NET)
• Proficiency in Azure services (DevOps, Functions, SQL)
• API development expertise
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices
• Experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for quality and security
• Experience with Monolithic to Microservices transition
