We are looking for a Developer Success Manager to lead a highly successful operations team in a company with a big impact in the industry.

If you consider yourself a "doer" - a person who acts rather than talking or thinking, who strives to create the best customer engagement and focuses on providing the best insights on client to business interactions - then we must talk.

  • Team leadership.
  • Focus on customer loyalty and build strong relationships with app developers.
  • Ensure the best onboarding experience for new developers.
  • Foster a customer-centric team environment.
  • Develop and execute success plans including strategies to meet business objectives and stakeholders goals.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to meet potential and current partners.

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 5+ years of previous experience with customer management in mobile or digital area.
  • Previous experience with team leadership.
  • Customer-first mindset and enjoy building and maintaining relationships.
  • Fluency in English: B2+/C1

  • B2B contract: VIES and Civil insurance is mandatory
