My client is one of the top 30 fintech company in Singapore and we are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join their team.



Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support clients technically and functionally
  • Work with various stakeholders in pre-sales, onboarding and customer retention activities
  • Promoting new and existing solutions to clients
  • Ensure timely deliverable of solution through understanding and analysing client's business requirement
  • Be an expertise in both client's and our platform as well as the market




Requirements
  • Relevant experience in CSM role or sales, pre-sales and project management
  • Practical experience with tech stacks in JavaScript, HTML, Web and database technologies
  • Proficient in spoken and literacy using English
  • Capable of handling multiple client accounts independently
  • Bachelor or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering
