Customer Success Manager |Singapore| Fintech company | New exciting opportunities and projects My client is one of the top 30 fintech company in Singapore and we are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join their team.
Roles & Responsibilities- Support clients technically and functionally
- Work with various stakeholders in pre-sales, onboarding and customer retention activities
- Promoting new and existing solutions to clients
- Ensure timely deliverable of solution through understanding and analysing client's business requirement
- Be an expertise in both client's and our platform as well as the market
Requirements- Relevant experience in CSM role or sales, pre-sales and project management
- Practical experience with tech stacks in JavaScript, HTML, Web and database technologies
- Proficient in spoken and literacy using English
- Capable of handling multiple client accounts independently
- Bachelor or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering
