Position: Business Analyst - ERP

Job Description: As a Business Analyst - ERP, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, defining requirements, and driving the successful implementation of our ERP solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Conducting thorough business process analysis and documenting workflows and functional specifications.
• Translating business requirements into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Conducting gap analysis to identify areas where customization or configuration is required to meet client needs.
• Providing expert guidance and recommendations on best practices and ERP functionalities to clients.
• Supporting system testing, user acceptance testing, and assisting in resolving any functional issues.
• Assisting in training end-users on system usage and providing ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, modules, and functionalities (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Proficient in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
