As a Photonics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing our photonic devices, including lasers, detectors, and fiber optic components. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of physicists, electrical engineers, and software developers to ensure that our hardware meets the high standards of performance, reliability, and scalability required for the Quantum industry.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Photonics, Optics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in design, simulation, and testing of photonic devices
• Proficiency in CAD software for optical design and simulation, such as Lumerical or COMSOL
• Familiarity with photonics fabrication techniques, such as lithography and etching
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with the Quantum industry is a plus
