Technical Support Engineer, Remote with limited Travel, ManchesterMy client have an immediate need to hire a Technical Support Consultant to join their team!
Role & Responsibilities- 1st and 2nd and 3rd Line Support
- Customer service is key - you will be the first point of contact for the end users
- Travel to new UK sites when issues arise
Skills & Qualifications- 3 years Technical Support Experience
- Experience in Azure, O365 and Iaas, Paas
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, including Active Directory and associated technologies.
Advantageous- Microsoft Certifications
- Experience working with external clients
