Your profile:

Basic training in computer science or several years

Experience in the IT environment

Good knowledge of the current Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge of CITRIX environment is desirable

Experience in the service & support environment

Good support knowledge of the Windows (10,11) operating system

Sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure

High customer orientation, ability to work in a team

German and French (B2 Level)
