Senior System Analyst (Backend) - Perm role, salary up to 58k

Our client (IT Team with more than 40 members) seeking a skilled and experienced Senior System Analyst (Backend) to join their young and dynamic team. As a Senior System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex backend systems, identifying areas for improvement, and providing efficient solutions. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of backend systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document system requirements.
• Develop and implement efficient solutions to enhance system performance and optimize operations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior system analysts, ensuring the timely completion of projects.
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in backend systems and recommend relevant updates or upgrades to management.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of backend systems and databases.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Nodejs, React
• Have basic concept with frontend (Web + Mobile), Solid understanding of system integration and API development
• Experience in Public Cloud services (AWS and/or Azure design, architecture, and services)
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
