(Senior) Business Analyst(Perm,40k)

As the leading player in its industry, our client, who is the leading company of its industry, is currently looking for (senior) business analyst to join their internal team to support the implementation of various new sizeable digital projects. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are hoping to have fantastic project exposure related to E-commerce/Loyalty Program/CRM/IOT industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, understand business process, operational work flow and translate into well-defined functional specs and assist in project documentation and deliverable
• Understand the needs, facilitate and balance the requirements amongst multiple business stakeholders and recommend solutions
• Work with IT and customer to analyse business/technical requirements and design/implement solutions to address business problems.
• Prepare requirement specifications to document the current operation and proposed services in detail, review and confirm the specifications with customers, and clarify any unclear requirements with the technical team for system development.

Job requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, E-commerce, or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in digital/ eCommerce system and application projects
• Experience in Retail/ Digital solution project related, such as Mobile App, E-commerce, CRM Applications, loyalty programme and Web development will be highly preferred
• Ability to conduct technical feasibility study for new ideas and digital projects.
• Experience working in digital agency will be a plus
• Immediately Available is a plus
