Our client is one of the major market leader in the industry. Urgently looking for 1 application support lead and 1 application support manager to join their growing team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for system support, administration, and maintenance of the web / mobile applications and production systems
- Manage system incidents and work closely with teams and service providers to perform IT solution
- Able to perform the production support model across the support layer, communication protocols and escalation models
- Response and responsible to system environment change which supports various project activities
- Liaise and manage vendors on application solutions, providing implementations to ensure the quality of services
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related discipline
- More than 3 years working as application supporting role
- Experience in food and beverage industry will be a plus
- Strong knowledge in application development language ASP.Net / .Net Core / MSSQL / API
- Good communications, troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, result-driven and capable to work under pressure
