System Analyst - Mobile (IOS / Android) - Perm role, up to 55k

My client is a Hong Kong Based well known company, they work with a lot of enterprise company. Current IT team around 40 members including mobile team, backend team, QA team and project team. Due to business expansion and new project for next year, they're looking for multiples headcount to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team on development and implementation of mobile applications (IOS / Android) with a focus on creating user-friendly, high-performance, and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, product managers, and backend developers to define, plan, and execute mobile application projects
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, Coding and Documentation
• Apply best practices and industry standards to ensure optimal performance, security, and usability of mobile applications
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to maintain code quality and adherence to coding guidelines
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and frameworks in the mobile development industry, and actively share knowledge with the team
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimise application performance, and ensure seamless integration with backend systems
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their professional growth and promoting a collaborative team environment
• Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of mobile application projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development
• Prior experience with Native (IOS or Android), React Native or Flutter willl be good plus.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful mobile applications with a deep understanding of mobile app development frameworks and architecture patterns
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles, responsive layouts, and mobile-specific considerations
• Understanding of RESTful , API integration, and data synchronization between mobile apps and backend systems
