(Senior) Frontend Developer

Our client(Public Listed Company in Hong Kong) is seeking a talented and experienced (Senior) Frontend Developer to join their dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As a (Senior) Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing user interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience of our web applications.

In this role, you will collaborate with Backend developer, UI/UX Designer teams to gather and understand user requirements, translate design concepts into responsive web pages, and optimize application performance for seamless user interaction. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, stay updated with the latest industry trends, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement responsive web-based user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and mockups into visually pleasing and intuitive web interfaces
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and responsiveness
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Conduct thorough debugging and testing to ensure high-quality and bug-free code
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a (Senior) Frontend Developer or similar role
• Proficient understanding of web markup languages, such as HTML5 and CSS3
• Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks, such as React, NextJs, React Native
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git
• Familiarity with frontend build tools, such as Webpack or Gulp
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
