We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced IT Solution Sale Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As an IT Solution Sale Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth, taking charge of identifying and capturing new business opportunities to drive sales revenue.

In this position, you will collaborate with our sales team to understand customer needs and provide strategic solutions aligned with their business objectives. You will act as a technical expert, conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our IT solutions. Furthermore, you will engage with both existing and prospective clients, building strong and lasting relationships through effective communication and trust.

Responsibilities

  • Explore and qualify new sales opportunities within the target market
  • Identify customer requirements and propose customized IT solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative sales strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Provide post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing customer success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • knowledge of IT solutions and software solution
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of market trends and competition in the IT industry
