Backend Lead (Enterprise project, up to 60k)

Our client is a leading real estate development and management company. As the Back-end Lead, you will need to deliver software solutions supporting business needs.


Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of Front/ Back End Developers to deliver software solutions for business
• Drive end-to-end project/ software development life-cycle, from initiation to delivery
• Stay updated with current modern backend development Trends technologies
• Applies well-defined and disciplined development, implementation, and production process
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure requirement fulfilment.

Requirements:

• With 5+ years' experience in leading application development teams
• Strong in Frontend web / Backend integration development with technologies that are market relevant (such as Node.JS, Kafka, DevOps, ETL...)
• Passionate and keen to develop your profession in technical delivery, and strive to deliver the best design, codes and practice
• Good communication skill and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, internally and externally
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
