My client is an internet company and we are currently looking for a Product Analyst(A/B Testing) to join their growing team. In this role, you will responsible for the strategic growth of the newly launched fintech product in the market.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain data-driven solutions to support product launches
Oversee product launches, market research and using quantitative data to support product decisions
Build a set of tools that allow product team to assess the performance and engagement of the digital experience they build.
Look into matrix such as Net promoter score, number of active users, product usage, number of logged accounts
Build dashboards, self-service tools, and ad hoc reports to analyze and present data associated with customer experience, product performance, business operations, and strategic decision making
Work closely with a variety of teams including Software Engineers, Product Managers and Data Researchers
Design A/B experiments to optimize and drive future product developments
Construct specialized data models based on product needs and business requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
5 years of experience in data analysis in product based environment, ideally in B2C
Knowledge of SQL, Excel, R or Python
Strong understanding on A/B Testing, Experimentation, Product Impact, Success Analysis, etc.
Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Tableau
Proven ability to work independently and proficiently on well-defined projects
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ideally work in fast-paced environment such as internet, adtech, e-commerce environment
