Senior QA Engineer (Automation"

We are engaged by a leading HR Tech Firm with presence globally across APAC, America and Europe. Due to expansion plan, we are looking for a Software QA Engineer to join the team to lead the testing strategy and activities within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to test the software applications (mobile and/or web) and ensure the release of fully validated applications
• Focus on testing towards achieving stability and better performance of applications
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Responsible for generating test plans based on architecture, use cases and requirements, working in co-ordination with development team
• Test the applications after each release and raise appropriate defects and track them

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Experience working on Software Testing on Mobile Applications, Web Applications
• Experience using Selenium, test management tools, defect tracking tools, documentation/ test report generation
• Proficient in at least 1 programming language (Java, C, C++)
• Knowledge of automated testing tools is required
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and agile environment
