We are engaged by a leading HR Tech Firm with presence globally across APAC, America and Europe. Due to expansion plan, we are looking for a Software QA Engineer to join the team to lead the testing strategy and activities within the organisation.
Responsibilities
Responsible to test the software applications (mobile and/or web) and ensure the release of fully validated applications
Focus on testing towards achieving stability and better performance of applications
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Responsible for generating test plans based on architecture, use cases and requirements, working in co-ordination with development team
Test the applications after each release and raise appropriate defects and track them
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Technology
Experience working on Software Testing on Mobile Applications, Web Applications
Experience using Selenium, test management tools, defect tracking tools, documentation/ test report generation
Proficient in at least 1 programming language (Java, C, C++)
Knowledge of automated testing tools is required
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
Comfortable working in fast-paced and agile environment
