We are representing a fintech software company that provide a platform & services (such as AI, chatbot, recommendation, insights, etc.) for banks to enhance and bring their digital banking services to next level. The solution are built internally from scratch, and is used by some of the region's largest banks, to power their digital banking services.
Currently hiring Customer Success Manager that has technical skills in JavaScript to be the point of contact for clients to help maximize the value generating from the solutions and make an impact to the businesses directly on daily basis.
Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact from organisation perspective to address any ongoing technical and functional questions that the client has
  • Understand and analyze client business requirements, and help implement, test, package and ensure the timely and accurate solution delivery
  • Leverage on frontend technical skills in JavaScript to help client customise solutions
  • Maximize platform engagement and drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
  • Partner with business development, product, and engineering teams in pre-sales, onboarding, and client retention activities
  • Maintain expert professional knowledge about the market and developments in the digital banking industry
Experience:
  • Prior working experience in a CSM, customer-facing technical role that is familiar with SDLC
  • Hands-on technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web technologies
  • Proactive and personable individual that enjoys client development and engagement
  • Organised and ability to handle multiple clients' accounts and timely delivery
