Senior IT Analyst - Database Administrator (DBA)

Job Description

My client is a leading player in the world. They are seeking for a database administrator (DBA) to join their stable team.


Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor database and support data related tasks to enhance business performance
• Develop and review implementation outline of alternation
• Perform routine inspection, monitoring tasks of data center operators
• Instruct data center operators to operational knowledge
• Solve the database issue with vendors
• Determine and resolve database issues on7X24 rotating roster
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of solid experience on database administration
• Experience with Oracle 12c/19c RAC and Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, database and shell script/programming is preferred
• Able to work independently, follow up on projects and issues until closed and resolved
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science, or industry related course
• Candidate without IT knowledge but from IT background will be considered as IT Analyst
