IT Service Desk Engineer (System Support)

My client is a HK based large size enterprise and top player in it's industry. Looking for a IT Services Desk Engineer who can contribute to their ITSM team.
This role directly report to IT Services Manager.



Duties
  • Manage a team of IT Service desk engineer and vendors to provide 24/7 warehouse operations support and end user support
  • Responsible to incident resolution and service requests with pre-determined Service Level Agreement
  • Maintain devices performance in optimum working condition with up to date maintenance.
  • Define and maintain the service desk guideline and documentations
  • Responsible for procurement for end user devices and solutions
  • Handle and process procurement quotations, prepare justification and handle delivery in accordance with corporate procurement guidelines and procedures
  • Manage and implement end user and IT services solutions in IT and office renovation projects
  • Keep abreast with service desk processes and procedures


Qualifications
  • Degree in Computing or similar field
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience in service desk, ITSM, IT services and end user computing, experience with large size enterprise is preferable
  • Extensive knowledge in ITSM, MS platform (Win 10, AD, Outlook, Exchange, M365, MDM solutions, Video Conferencing Solutions, 2FA, Endpoint, Citrix-VDI and ETC)
  • Experience in managing vendors
  • ITIL certification is welcomed
  • Great communication skills to liaise with end users and vendors
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered
