Analyst Programmer/System Analyst (Java - Perm)

My client, a well-known listed company in its industry, is seeking Analyst Programmer/System Analyst for their team!


Role & Responsibilities

• Involve in full SDLC cycle including feasibility study, system analysis, design, development, testing, system implementation, training, documentation, support and maintenance on an application
• Understand business requirements and suggest changes, improvements, manage projects from idea to launch
• Lead a sizeable development team to oversee and monitor all stages of the development cycle
• Perform quality assurance on project deliverables
• Perform team management, coaching, and staff development planning

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Solid development experiences and well versed with full SDLC
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Java, involve in SpringBoot/Spring design
• Experience in with at least one of the below solutions: e-commerce applications, CRM, POS, ERP system
• Experience in Microservices, Cloud technology is a plus
• Effective planning, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
