Assistant Manager (PS Network Development)

Company Overview

Our client, is looking to hire a Assistant Manager to join their growing team in Hong Kong. You will be working in the leading ISP company in Hong Kong. Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates!



Responsibilities

• Responsible for network design, planning, dimensioning and project rollout of mobile packet core network
• Lead a team of engineers to design, develop and maintain the 3G/LTE/IoT/5G NSA and SA packet core network
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in 5G mobile packet network, and provide technical advice for network improvements and upgrades
• Collaborate with internal/external parties to ensure smooth project rollout
• Mentor and train team members to ensure their technical competence

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or related disciplines
• At least 7 years of solid experience in the design, development and maintenance of mobile packet core network
• Strong knowledge of 3GPP, 5G mobile packet network protocols and technologies
• Experience in leading a team of engineers and technicians
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders
