IT Support Officer - Japanese MNC (New Headcount)

Company Overview

Our client is the leading company in the fast-growing industry with a sizable user and IT team members. Their IT infrastructure team is expanding and they are looking for candidate with IT support background to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Involve and influence day-to-day IT infrastructure & operation
• Provide level 1 and level 2 support in the daily IT operation on infrastructure platform Microsoft 365, network, server, virtualization, storage
• To liaise with third parties and vendor on managing ad hoc IT projects
• Provide support to both internal and external users

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support
• Experienced to provide end user support
• Knowledge in Microsoft 365, network, server, virtualization, storage is a plus
• Candidates who is fresh graduate or with 1 year experience and above, but keen to learn in a sizable company are welcomed to apply
• Possess relevant IT qualifications such as ITIL/MCSE/CCNA/CCNP will be a plus but not necessary
• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
