IT Technical Engineer - FSI (Perm)

Company Overview

Our client, is looking to hire a IT Technical Engineer to join their expanding team in HK. They are a fast growing leader in the FSI market. Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates!



Responsibilities

• Provide in-house IT infrastructure support, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Hands on support on router, switch, windows server, file server and assist on O365 migration
• Provide level 1-3 support for clients
• Provide infrastructure setup/configuration for client (such as firewall/server setup)
• Administration on network, desktop/server hardware and software
• Provide O365 admin work included email/SharePoint migration/management/rule and policy setup

Requirements

• At least 3 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure / IT operations in Windows Server system and network support
• Solid experience in both infrastructure hardware such as server hardware, backup hardware, network hardware
• Experience with enterprise virtualization platform such as VMware, Hyper-V is preferable
• Experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, AWS is an advantage
• Able to communicate in both English and Cantonese
• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as technical engineer
