Senior Network Engineer (Perm role)

Company Overview

Our client, is looking to hire a Network Engineer to join their growing team in Hong Kong. You will be working in the leading ISP company in Hong Kong. Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates!



Responsibilities

• Responsible for second line support, troubleshooting and maintenance of the network
• Work in the network team to ensure projects in smooth by supporting the network infrastructure, cloud, systems and solutions
• Liaise with contractor/ vendor for the network system installation/ commissioning and site preparation
• Identify network issue and/or area of improvement and track the mitigation progress
• Manage the service operation to meet the corresponding service level agreement

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experiences in network infrastructure implementation and administration, including Routers, Switches, Wireless, Firewalls and monitoring tools
• Candidate with CCNA/CCNP is an advantage
• Knowledge in TCP/IP networking, switch, routers
• Possess relevant qualifications will be a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Network Engineer
• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
