Assistant Security Manager - MNC (Perm)

Company Overview

Our client is the leading MNC. We are looking for a candidate with extensive knowledge on IT security to join the growing IT Security team.



Responsibilities

• Lead the IT security department to develop and implement information security strategies, policies, and procedures
• Responsible to design and implement security controls, plan and execute security awareness and training programs
• Act as the esclation point of security relevant issues
• Work closley with internal stakeholders and vendors on security related projects, ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards as well as conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments
• Direct report to IT Director

Requirements

• 7 - 10 years working experience with IT infrastructure & security background
• Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus
• Collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple functional line and geographical locations
• Possess relevant professional qualifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or any other relevant certs will be a plus
• Good knowledge of Information Security best practices and concepts
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
