IT Director (Cloud Product Development) - Perm

Company Overview

Our client is the leading SI company in the industry. They are expanding their cloud development team and looking for a department head to oversee the team. We are looking for a candidate with extensive knowledge on cloud product development with system integrator/vendor/ISP background to join the growing team. Attractive salary package will be offered to the shortlisted candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to develop the cloud product and involve in the full product life cycle of Cloud IaaS, PaaS, SaaS planning
• Responsible to plan and organize product training
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and liaise with different team members across sale, pre-sale and project team department.
• Provide insight and market trend to management
• Direct report to Department Vice President
• Candidate with less experience is welcome to apply and will consider as a manager grade position

Requirements

• 5 years working experience in cloud product development with public cloud experience
• Proficient in product development management, virtualization, network, security, database, middleware and applications; familiar with cloud platform (such as Open stack, AWS) architecture design, resource management and HA
• Possess relevant professional qualifications such as AWS/Azure, or any other relevant certs will be a plus
• Good knowledge of Cloud best practices and concepts
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
