Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:

As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be a member of the Site Reliability Engineering/Infrastructure team collaborating on our Infrastructure as Code initiative for MultiCloud DevOps Platform.

We architect, deploy and manage ideas, tools, and solutions. We drive continuous improvement around the performance, reliability, availability & scalability of our growing infrastructure as well as in-house products.

We innovate, automate, and scale with the ever changing customer environment but we also try to stay at the forefront of the ever changing technological landscape as well.

As a fully remote company, you will work with internal teams spread across the globe and be interacting with Fortune 500 companies also all over the world.



Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ year of experience leading, designing, building and operating cloud infrastructure
• Experience with major cloud platforms, with our focus being on Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with running Proof of Concept projects specific to infrastructure as well as validating their feasibility, approach, performance, cost, and implementation
• Experience working with CI/CD tools like Gitlab, Bitbucket, and Jenkins in Cloud Native environments
• Experience working with DevOps tools like Git, Docker, Vault, Rancher, Helm, or variants.
• Experience working with one or more config management tools like Packer, Salt, Ansible, Puppet or Chef
• Experience working with orchestration tools like Terraform and Cloud specific solutions
• Experience working with databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) and database tools (Redis, Neo4j)
• Experience in managing and deploying workloads in GKE/Kubernetes
• Highly Preferred: Direct experience coding/scripting in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, Bash
• Highly Preferred: Google Cloud Certification, Professional (DevOps, Developer, or Architect)
• Highly Preferred: Experience operating monitoring tools such as Grafana for cloud environments
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Strong analytical mind for problem solving
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. This includes listening skills and an open attitude toward constructive feedback.
