Role: Java Developer

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Salary: Up to €90,000 per annum

About the Role:

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design, code, test, and debug Java applications.
• Develop scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Experience in web application development (e.g., Java EE).
• Proficiency in database design and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.

Interview Process:

The selection process consists of four rounds:

Initial Screening: A brief phone interview to discuss your qualifications and career goals.

Technical Assessment: You will receive a coding challenge to assess your technical skills.

Technical Interview: A technical interview with the development team to evaluate your Java expertise.

Final Interview: An interview with the management team to discuss your fit for the role and the company culture.
