Job Title: JD Edwards Application Managed Services Consultant

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Remote

Salary: 100-115k

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Application Consultant to provide JD Edwards EnterpriseOne application managed services support to our clients. Primarily, this position will provide remote support for Managed Services clients, with some project work possible.

General support duties include:
  • Serve as primary functional contact for assigned Managed Services customers
  • Respond to customer support requests via Help Desk, phone, and email, adhering to SLA guidelines and update tickets with thorough notes and timely communication
  • Troubleshoot customer application issues. Examples: PO Entry, Automatic Accounting Instruction errors, MRP processing, Payroll calculations, Maintenance Work Order generation
  • Assist customers with periodic processes such as inventory/cycle counts, 1099s, W2s, asset close
  • As requested, conduct customer conference calls / web meetings
  • Participate in on-call rotation, to respond to P1 incidents after business hours
  • Create documentation and conduct demonstrations of JDE functionality and training for internal resources and customers


The ideal candidate will have a solid mix of business process knowledge and JD Edwards techno-functional experience, to provide consultative support to our clients. Our consultants serve as an extension of the customer's own team; relationship building and customer service skills are essential.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financials, with full process spectrum and its associated JDE configuration is required. Examples include but are not limited to:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • New Company setup

As well as financial experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Job Cost
  • Fixed Asset
  • Real Estate Management
  • Service/Contract Billing

Experience in the following would be considered a plus:
  • Multi-currency
  • Budgeting
  • Z file processing/interfaces
  • Currency restatement
  • Sales/Use/VAT tax
  • Joint Venture Accounting
  • Balance Sheet Lease Accounting
