We are looking for highly driven professionals, with a passion for Data Driven Marketing, improving customer experience and developing new propositions for customers. Guiding clients through complex technology change is the core strength of our clients ethos.

Our Digital Marketing Technology practice helps clients to realise the full value of their Marketing Technology and Marketing Operations teams to optimise customer experience and return on investment.

Internally, you will be a key contributor to our growing Digital Marketing Technology practice. You will deepen the strength of our collective knowledge, develop collateral and help drive our growth through client extensions and bid support. You will have the opportunity to lead, shape and drive the growth of this exciting practice.

This is a permanent role within our Technology function. We consider flexible ways of working, that allow the best outcomes for our people and clients. Working closely with our clients is key to successful outcomes, and so travel both

UK and international is a requirement.
Who you are?

As a Marketing Technology solution architect, you'll ideally come from a technology consulting background having delivered a variety of marketing solutions from design to implementation.

Technically, we are hoping you'll display:

Broad knowledge of the major Marketing Technology vendors with deep knowledge of at least one of them; (for example, Adobe/Salesforce/IBM/Google/Amazon/Microsoft marketing suites, customer data platforms, marketing databases, data & analytics, content management, web platforms, ecommerce, CRM, personalisation, consent management etc)

The ability to create an architecture for a Marketing Technology stack, or a component in a stack

A good understanding of data, including how to source it, store it, analyse it and turn it into actionable insight for marketing

Our Solution Architects also act in an advisory capacity so are hoping that you'll also display:

Experience of delivering complex engagements either as a leader or a senior member of a team;

Prior experience of working in a client-facing capacity as part of a consulting team;

Ability to develop strong relationships and be able to influence colleagues, senior client stakeholders, partners, suppliers;

Strong communication, presentation and business writing skills along with the ability to manage and build strong relationships both internally and externally;

Flexibility to travel to, and work in, other locations.
Key Areas

Marketing Automation

Experience with marketing automation systems with an emphasis on enterprise solutions that orchestrate customer journeys across media channels

Familiarity with audience creation, journey configuration, data feed integrations, and A/B testing best practices with leading marketing cloud platforms like Salesforce and Adobe

Customer Journey
Experience designing customer journeys and delivering exceptional digital customer experiences.

Familiarity with journey mapping and evaluating digital frameworks.
Intelligent Content

Experience with content management systems with an emphasis on enterprise solutions that incorporate content strategy and experience design frameworks.

Familiarity with enterprise solutions that incorporate automation, personalization, and dynamic content strategies to deliver omnichannel experiences.


Experience with advertising targeting technologies like DSP's, SSP's, Ad Networks, DMP's. CDP's etc.

Experience with digital advertising content techniques like dynamic content optimization, real time bidding, etc.

Measurement & Analytics

Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.

Experience with leveraging data to optimize customer experiences across web applications, attribution, and/or data visualization.

Single Customer View

Familiarity with ingesting and unifying a variety of first and third party data sources as well as identity resolution techniques and platforms.

Experience using off-the-shelf capabilities of customer data platforms to segment and active consumer experiences and next best actions.

Experience with channel ownership and cross channel management (paid and organic) with an emphasis on design.

Familiarity with data analytics, channel marketing, content strategy, design focus, and/or technical program management.
