
I am currently working with an IT Security client in Copenhagen to find a Support Engineer with Javascript experience. You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers who use JavaScript-based products or services. They are responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to problems related to JavaScript-based technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or online chat
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to JavaScript-based technologies
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on common support issues and their solutions
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve underlying technical issues
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and experience working with JavaScript-based technologies
- Experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
