Senior Java Developer

I'm currently working within the Nordic leader when it comes to media analysis and communication insights!

With offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki, these guys have been developing cutting edge solutions to allow thousands of companies to optimize their individual media monitoring, social media analysis and communication insights, and thus, optimize their business!

In Stockholm, they are looking to expand their Business product team, a service used by lawyers, banks, accountants, to provide all the info they may need on companies! This team is an incredibly skilled, cross functional team with a super flat hierarchy, where you will work directly with the engineering manager and collaborate with a 7-person development team!



If you are someone who is not just a coder, but someone who can take ownership over your work, bring ideas to the table and really drive the backend development, you could be a perfect match!



This is a permanent role (hybrid) based out of the Stockholm office!


Role & Responsibilities

• Currently in the process of moving their product and services to AWS and implementing Opensearch
• Take ownership over your work, bring new ideas to the table, collaborate and help manage product development when needed!
• Backend Java development, working with a lot of data, working with SQL and refining through elasticsearch.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ Years backend development experience (Java, Spring, Springboot)
• Experience with databases (SQL), Elasticsearch
• Experience with AWS would be great!
• An effective communicator, great collaborator and the ability to work autonomously
