Lead Data Scientist - Retail Banking Sector

Job Description

I'm currently recruiting for a Lead Data Scientist in the Retail Banking Sector. The client are working on developing their own AI Platform in order to assist the Insurance and Financial Services sectors in tackling key challenges that these industries commonly face.


Role & Responsibilities

• Supporting sales teams with customer presentations and demonstrations of the company's AI Platform
• Development of impactful and intuitive decision applications for core solutions in Retail Banking
• Working closely with customers to deploy AI solutions in Risk (Stress Testing and Liquidity), Balance Sheet Forecasting, Credit Risk, Collections, Customer Experience and Financial Crime

Skills & Qualifications

• A strong academic background in a quantitative field and working knowledge of fundamental concepts in statistical learning
• Experience of the end-to-end model deployment process from the understanding success criteria to the development of the model, regulation, governance, deployment and monitoring
• Development of models in one or more core functions such as Risk, Credit, Forecasting, Customer Experience or Financial Crime
