Marketing Cloud Consultant

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. From day one, you will support projects in the German speaking area in Zurich, collaborating with us and our clients to design and implement Salesforce projects.

In this role, your responsibilities will ideally encompass a variety of tasks:

• Collaborate with our Business Analysts and Strategy Consultants on holistic journey concepts.
• Design solution concepts within the Marketing Cloud and develop Marketing Automation strategies in partnership with our clients.
• Ensure technical excellence in the execution of our Marketing Cloud projects.
• Engage actively in the implementation and execution of Salesforce projects, serving as a valuable sparring partner for configuration experts and developers.

Qualifications

Ideally, you should have experience with at least two of the following Salesforce products:

• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Communities / Experience Cloud
• Marketing Cloud / Pardot

Additional requirements include:

• Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• A minimum of three years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Preferably, possession of multiple Salesforce certifications.
• Prior experience in managing larger client projects.
