This is an exciting opportunity to use your technical expertise to collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and technology colleagues to define IT strategies and architecture solutions to transform ideas into performance


Role & Responsibilities
  • Influence how our customers leverage technology in their organisation; identifying opportunities to optimise ways of working to transform processes
  • Support multi-disciplinary teams to drive actions
  • Increase efficiencies and speed up activation
  • Contribute towards enterprise solutions supporting consumer-facing & operational activities
  • Have a full understanding of the marketing technology space who understands product and vendor roadmaps
  • Interact with internal teams/brief external partners to source technology services (e.g., data, engineering & software)
  • Be an advocate and advise on tools and technology for our team
  • Contribute towards best practices for MarTech and Data that can be leverage by our teams


Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery or technology consulting
  • Excel in bridging the gaps between business and technology, specifically MarTech, AdTech and consumer data
  • Experience of leading teams of Architects, Data Engineers and Analytics teams
  • Understanding of data (Analytics + CRM Data) integration and API methodologies and tools
  • In-depth understanding of the digital marketing landscape and experience with technologies like web analytics, CRM, marketing automation, campaign management, search, MMP, ad servers, DMPs, DSPs and audience creation/targeting
