Our client is a visionary player, empowering Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with cutting-edge financial and administration technology. They are on a mission to simplify entrepreneurs' lives, and we're searching for skilled full-stack engineers to join their talented development team.

As a Software Developer, you'll collaborate with exceptional engineers from backgrounds including Klarna and The Zone. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams - Product Management, Client Support, Marketing, and Partners - you'll bring our vision to life and craft the next-generation platform. Your role involves building a high-performing team, driving development goals, and fostering a collaborative environment where best practices flourish.

This role is highly backend focus with Node.JS, where you can expect yourself to work 80% of your time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a high-performance team, exceeding development objectives.
  • Champion initiatives through effective communication, coaching, and best practice sharing.
  • Utilize your expertise in JavaScript (NodeJS, ReactJS, Typescript), AWS stack, GraphQL, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, event-driven architectures, and more.
  • Leverage your commercial acumen and project planning skills for grant applications (WBSO).
  • Contribute to SCRUM teams, aligning with agile methodologies.


Your Profile:
  • Practical experience with the tech stack: JavaScript (NodeJS, ReactJS & Typescript), AWS, GraphQL, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with grant applications (WBSO) and strong commercial awareness.
  • Proven ability in working with SCRUM teams.
  • Excellent communication and project-planning skills.
