Technical Manager

Location: Katowice, Poland (1 day per week in the office)

Job Type: UoP, perm

Salary: up 28000PLN/month gross (20%-35% yearly bonus)

Our client is looking for qualified, open-minded and motivated Technical Manager. Our client is a company that specialises in consulting, system integration and digital services, with a focus on the design and implementation of solutions based on the web and social networks

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the Business Unit in Katowice
• You will work actively inside projects
• You will take ownership of various topics and autonomously drive them from idea phase until GoLive
• You will support hiring of new software developers for the Katowice Business Unit
• You will shape the Katowice Business Unit for further growth

Skills and Qualification

• 5+ years' experience in leading projects and teams with more thsn 10 members
• 2+ Years of experience in agile project setup Scrum or Kanban
• Proven J2E and Cloud experience (Kubernetes is a plus)
• Strong technical background for mentoring, coaching, writing technical offers, organizing BU internal Tech Talks etc.
• Strong communicative team player who thinks in solutions and actively offers them
• Successfully completed studies in computer science, mathematics, physics or a similar field
