PROJECT MANAGER MERCHANT INTEGRATION
Job description
Reporting to the merchant division, you assist clients in the technical implementation of the solution. He/she may also organise workshops on interfacing, accounting or customer training.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Feasibility study of incoming projects
Choice of integration solutions
Support in the implementation of the solution
Drafting of technical specifications
Assessment of technical risks that may arise during implementation
Monitoring of production start-ups and deployments
Animation of monitoring committees and technical workshops
Writing of integration documentation
Profile required
TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE
Graduate of a computer science school (BAC +5)
A first experience in project management / consultant / support
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Relational skills
Oral and written communication
Adapt your speech according to the person you are talking to (technical, accountant, company manager, etc.)
Customer orientation
Rigour and organisation
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
VIP APIs knowledge
Understanding of computer languages (.NET, HTML, CSS, JSON)
Understanding of data models (SQL)
General IT knowledge: systems architecture, databases, development methodologies, ERP
Good knowledge of development methodologies and testing tools
Good command of English
Writing of procedures
Writing of technical documentation and sequence diagrams
