Systems Support

You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and updating of PC software and hardware. Every day you will be seen as a go-to member on the support team to assist members both in-person and over the phone with troubleshooting and solving the PC problems

Qualifications:

• Good understanding of PC hard, software and networks
• Proficient in Microsoft operating systems
• Good communication skills with the capacity to interact successfully with a broad user-base
