Job Description
  • Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to understand and analyse business requirements
  • Translate business IT requirements to technical requirements and propose full-scale infrastructure project proposal with the technical team
  • Define resource allocation, work scope and responsibilities of assignee and project timeline
  • Drive project direction and actively monitor project status to ensure high quality of project delivery
  • Define and address problem encountered and decide alternatives/work-around in a timely manner
  • Ensure UAT acceptable from project personnels and report to stakeholders on project outcomes
  • Create and maintain records of project documentations

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree of IT or business discipline, or background in technology environment delivering solutions or projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role, familiar working in the Bank or Financial industry
  • High quality and successful infrastructure project delivery experience, especially in network and system solutions related projects
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external partners
  • Strong coordination and excellent project management skills
  • Good sense of problem locating, priority, and time management
  • Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent reporting and documentation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise information flow among all stakeholders
  • Passionate in IT infrastructure domain
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and able to face urgent requests with clear mindset of processes
