Frank Recruitment Group is looking for a Software Engineer to take on this unique yet rewarding role at one of the world's leading financial firms. My client specialises in investment banking and sets the standard for technical innovation and impact all across the financial industry.

Key Aspects of the Role

• You will work with high availability and throughput systems to assist in the transferring of the firm's tech stack onto microservices
• You will help develop systems for various aspects of the firm's systems
• You will focus mostly on testing software and engaging with end users to ensure high quality of work standard is achieved

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in Java, development practises and design patterns
• Experience with working in a complex technical environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Experience with one of more; Kafka, Kafka streams, ElasticSearch and Git is a bonus
• Good communication skills and working proficiency in English
