The ideal candidate should have experience in:

• 5 years of IT service delivery management experience
• Expert in Incident/ Problem/ Change Management
• Has experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle management
• Has customer success experience
• Strong understanding of IT Infra
• Strong communication skills
